About Me

I am 12 years old. I love airplanes and Pokemon. I like playing on the computer, riding my bike and playing with my friends. I am homeschooled. I live with my nice mom, cool step-dad, my very annoying little sister, and my freaky but very cute cats. I am going to write about everything in my world.

  6. Hello from Australia, Matthew and Mom

I am homeschooling my 11 yr old son who has Aspergers. School was a disaster for him. Home schooling is a disaster for me, but great for the boy!

I love that your Mom has started this blog for you Matthew. My son LOVES anything computer related so I have started him a section in my child safety forum where he can safely chat to other people. Another home schooled boy with Aspergers from New Mexico hangs out in the kids section too.

Good work Matt – keep those excellent and very funny interviews happening.

  11. Matthew:

I read your interview with Mighty Girl and I’m very impressed with your project.

I don’t have a blog, but I’m an Executive Recruiter and I interview people who lead companies everyday. Your interviews are great!

I also talk to eighth graders every year about asking adults questions about what they do, so they can learn about all of the options there are in the world.

What you’re doing is exactly what I tell them to do….and you’re proving that adults really do like to talk about themselves!

Good luck on your project and if I can help, let me know

    Nancy

If you need more people to interview, I’d be happy to volunteer. Good luck with the interviews, keep studying hard with your mom, and most importantly, Happy Birthday!

  17. Good blog Matthew. Keep it up!

  18. Matthew, your writing is awesome and you are such an inspiring young man! I am sorry you suffer from emetophobia, I have it too, I am 32 years old and a mom of 2 kids, and it sucks to have this fear. Great work on the writing though!

  19. Matthew, your interviews are excellent! I especially liked the one with Steve from The Sneeze, which is my favorite website. I have read all your interviews and liked them very much. If you ever want an interview with someone from Atlanta, send me an email. I would be honored!

  20. Hello Matthew, you little genius you. I found your blog randomly thanks to google images and I’m glad for it. You’re an interesting kid, can’t wait to see what you come up with. πŸ™‚

    2) How on earth can you interview celebrity and such
    3) I think it’s cool what you are doing =)
    4) Not bad for a kid, keep it up, who knows where your inquisitive mind and writing might take you!
    5) Always have fun

  22. Hullo, Matthew! Nice blag you’ve got here, I like the P-40 header. You get to be homeschooled, you lucky dog, you’re going to be smarter than everybody!

  23. Hey Matthew, you are an old soul. Love your blog πŸ™‚

  24. Hey Matthew! I’m so happy I found your blog today. I love The Sneeze, and then I found your mom’s blog and the stuff she wrote about you was so awesome, it actually made me cry. And now I’ve found your cool blog and it’s very fun to read! When I get home from work, I’m going to show your blog to Griffin and Rowan, my two sons who are 8 and 6. I bet they’re going to love it too.

Hey, do you like Bionicles? Griffin and Rowan really love them and I thought you might too.

Have a great day and thanks for making this cool blog!

  25. WOW!!! You are one cool kid. I really enjoyed reading your stuff. My 11 yr old son did, too. Our son has been diagnosed with Asperger’s, and Sensory issues. So, it’s great for me, as a mom, to know what his world is like..and you have helped me. Our son is homeschooled, too, and is much happier now than when he was in school for 2nd grade. We tried again in 4th, didn’t go so well. And now he is home, and happy. Good luck to you. I can tell you are very special.

  26. Hi Matthew,
I like your blog – it’s very straightforward. I linked here because I’m friends with Rohan from the fillet skillet who you did an interview with. Keep up the good work on your blog. Have a great day (it’s actually night time where I am, I should be going to bed now, but I assume you will read this sometime during the day).
    xxoo Anna
